FCB Lines, a flagship of AYAN Holding, manufactures fiber cement boards and sandwich panels from a 25,000 sq.mtr state-of-the-art facility — supplying the Saudi market and beyond.
AYAN Holding is a diversified group of Saudi companies established in 1992. Over three decades, it has grown from a modest entrepreneurial firm into a fully-fledged holding company with a significant presence across Trade, Marketing, Food, Industries and Construction.
Our manufacturing division includes MODULINE, capable of constructing 1,200 villas and a range of residential, commercial and public facilities, and FCB — our fiber cement board manufacturing unit at Industrial City 3, Jeddah, with a capacity of 100,000 sheets across thicknesses from 6mm to 18mm.
FCB started production in November 2021 and rapidly captured the Saudi Fiber Cement Board market — now standing at 60% market share within two years. Facing sustained order pressure, we've committed to installing a 2nd production line to further cement our position as market leader.
To serve with dignity and enthusiasm in everything we do, without disparity — we believe there's always room for expertise, dedication and performance to define one's position.
To be actively involved in all assignments and, through continuous effort, become one of the leading construction, contracting, trade and industrial companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond.
We work with trusted systems and materials suppliers, holding subcontractors to the same caliber and standards as AYAN. We stay engaged well beyond project handover, on the belief that client satisfaction is our best asset.
The construction industry is undergoing a metamorphosis — greater strength, greater speed, and a stronger accent on environment-friendly materials, without giving up on aesthetics.

Versatile, durable, sustainable, affordable — the first brand to answer better lifestyles, from a smooth appearance on both sides to the highest strength.
Produced on a 6th-generation production line built almost exclusively around materials of Saudi Arabian origin — surpassing legacy Hatschek production technology.
Virgin and recycled cellulose fiber-reinforced cement boards, manufactured to the highest quality standard at highly competitive prices.
A lightweight, energy-saving wall material using fiber cement board as the face panel, filled with cement and Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam particles as core, formed in a single compounding process.
Extremely strong and durable, best suited to moderate-to-heavy load applications exposed to moderate traffic — giving architects flexibility to change designs with thermal and acoustic insulation.
